- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Within India
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD service is available for selected pincodes within India.
- BIG HOURS ENTERPRISES reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or repeated failed delivery attempts.
- Customers are requested to provide an active phone number for smooth delivery coordination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
