1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defects
  • Package received in tampered condition

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Proper unboxing video and clear images must be provided as proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened perfume bottles
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference issues

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product

4. Replacement Policy

Once the issue is verified by our team:

  • A replacement product will be shipped, subject to stock availability
    OR
  • A refund will be initiated if replacement is unavailable

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after approval of the return request.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

7. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If an order is refused at the time of delivery or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:

  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service on future purchases
